His skill is teaching and training the art of sales, marketing and business and growing talent.
 An advisor and mentor to several private and State companies, Conor is a columnist for the UK’s hotel industry magazine. His view has been widely sought by the BBC (TV), Jools Holland (TV), BBC Scotland (TV), BBC (Radio), Sky (TV), RTÉ (TV), RTÉ (Radio), Newstalk (Radio), USA Today, The Sunday Times, The Irish Times, The Sunday Business Post, The Irish Independent and more. 
He is a syndicated writer for many global websites, including Cornell University and a regular contributor to business publications at home and abroad.


An expert communicator and strategist, Conor is a much in demand workshop facilitator where he guides businesses and people towards their strengths and is highly skilled at getting the best out of people.



His career started at Kilkenny Design and before Conor Kenny & Associates, he was Group Commercial Director for the Irish Pub Company, which designed and built Irish pubs in more than 70 countries.
 He has worked with many of the world’s leading brands: Baileys, Guinness, Hennessy and Smirnoff, and international hotel groups and casino groups in Las Vegas have called on him. 


In 2002 he founded Conor Kenny & Associates. Today, he and his team of specialists have over 200 Clients.



A passionate teacher and motivator, Conor is a frequent conference speaker, nationally and internationally, and has written key speeches for industry leaders.

Conor’s years of experience are also employed to help advocate the charities he and his company work for. 



Conor was educated at University College Dublin and the University of Greenwich, London.



A keen marathon runner, he also loves writing his award-winning blog.
